Training Plans that Work
Ask employees who are already doing the job to describe it.
Work with your employees to make sure their training delivers the skills and knowledge they need to do the job.
Create a checklist and schedule for the training process.
There are two types of training programs:
- Initial training - offered when an employee first joins your company.
- Ongoing training - to foster an atmosphere of growth with existing employees. This aids employee satisfaction and helps create a good work environment.
